FNMA to Require Use of Condo Project Manager – Are You Ready?
For all loans dated on and after July 1, 2023, Fannie Mae is requiring all lenders to use CPM for all condo projects needing Full Review Process.

For those that do not currently have access to CPM, access will be granted to all on May 1, 2023.
Our comprehensive final review form provided with each order will contain the necessary information to input into CPM, or pass that task on to us and we will enter the information as part of the review process.
